Refund Policy

Eligible returns are available for new merchandise whether the reason is defective or non-defective, and exchanges may also be requested. Non-defective reasons include selecting the wrong item, a preference change or simply changing your mind. Such goods must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging, tags and supplied accessories. We also address damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods.

Request window and information

Start the request by emailing estradajoseph0111@gmail.com no later than 30 days after delivery. Send the order number, checkout email and an explanation. Photos or video of both the product and packaging may be requested for damage, defects, wrong items or missing parts. Do not mail anything until authorization is given.

Return mailing and exchanges

An approved request receives the appropriate instructions and destination. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for eligible mail returns; if it cannot be found, contact us before shipping. There is no label or return-postage charge, and no restocking fee applies. Exchange fulfillment depends on available stock.

Original-payment refund

Once approved, the refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Additional posting time may be required by the card issuer or other payment provider. These terms do not reduce non-waivable legal rights.
