Shipping Policy

This policy covers available deliveries of lunch boxes, bottles, meal-prep containers, bags and related accessories. The shipping service and charge shown at checkout apply to the order, including any free-shipping eligibility displayed there.

Handling and travel estimates

Following successful payment authorization, preparation usually requires about 1–2 business days. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is expected to take another 4–6 business days. Neither period is a guaranteed delivery appointment; holidays, weather, address issues and carrier conditions can extend it.

Address and tracking

Customers should confirm their delivery address, telephone number and email before submitting payment. We send tracking when the carrier makes it available. Checkout may limit services for some destinations.

If a shipment needs attention

Write to estradajoseph0111@gmail.com about a delayed or missing parcel, an unexpected delivered scan, or transit damage. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking details and relevant package images. A carrier review may be required before a final resolution.
